Cancellation charges
- More than 48 hours before check-in: free cancellation; no cancellation charge.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before check-in: up to 50% of the first night may be charged.
- Less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show: up to 100% of the first night may be charged.
Deadlines are calculated in Indian Standard Time from the scheduled check-in time of 12:00 PM on the arrival date. Any balance remaining after the applicable charge is eligible for refund under the Refund Policy.
How to cancel or change a booking
Email support@mookambika.co.in, call +91 82775 50000 or use the WhatsApp contact shown on this website. Include the booking reference and the phone number or email used for the booking. A cancellation is effective after our team acknowledges it.
Property-initiated cancellation
If Kairali Residency cannot honour a confirmed booking, we will offer a suitable alternative where possible or provide a full refund of the amount collected for the affected booking. We are not responsible for separately booked travel or other consequential costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
