Website and booking scope
Mookambika.co.in is an independent visitor guide published by Mookambika Infoline; it is not the official website of Sri Mookambika Temple. Direct online booking and payment on this website are offered only for the affiliated property Kairali Residency. We do not accept bookings or payments for temple guest houses or other private hotels.
Booking confirmation and payment
Room types, prices, taxes, dates and the total payable are shown before payment. A booking is confirmed only after availability is secured, payment is successfully verified and a booking reference is issued. A payment attempt, pending transaction or room selection alone does not create a confirmed reservation.
You must provide accurate guest and contact information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. Any reversal, chargeback or payment discrepancy may place the booking under review until resolved.
Stay requirements
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Guests must present valid government photo identification at check-in and comply with applicable law and reasonable property rules. The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests included in it.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Booking changes are subject to availability and any price difference. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Accuracy and responsibility
We take reasonable care with website and booking information, but temple timings, transport, weather and third-party services can change independently. Neither the guide nor Kairali Residency is responsible for loss caused by inaccurate details supplied by a guest, third-party disruption or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
