Refund eligibility
Eligible refunds are calculated after applying the Cancellation Policy. A cancellation made more than 48 hours before check-in is eligible for a full refund. For later cancellations, only the applicable cancellation charge is retained and the remaining paid amount is eligible for refund.
A duplicate payment, verified failed booking with a captured payment, or booking cancelled because Kairali Residency cannot provide the confirmed stay is eligible for a full refund of the affected amount.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used through Razorpay. We do not normally issue cash or transfer a refund to a different account. We will initiate an approved refund within 5 business days; the payment provider or bank may require additional time to credit it, commonly 5–10 business days after initiation.
Requesting or tracing a refund
Email support@mookambika.co.in with the booking reference, guest name and payment date, or call +91 82775 50000. Never send a UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password. If a refund is delayed after initiation, contact us with the booking reference so we can trace the Razorpay refund status.
